Pulaski Co., VA – One Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-81 N/Exit 101

Pulaski County, VA (July 17, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash on the northbound side of I-81 near mile marker 102 left one person injured on the morning of July 17. The incident occurred approximately 1.2 miles north of Route 660, close to Exit 101. The Virginia State Police responded to the crash shortly after 7:45 a.m.

One individual involved in the collision sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at the scene by EMS crews before being transported to a local medical center for additional care. Other occupants involved did not report serious injuries.

Traffic was reduced to one lane for over an hour as authorities worked to clear the wreckage. The Virginia State Police continue to investigate the incident to determine the cause and whether any charges will be filed.
