Lebanon, PA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 SB Near Exit 90

Lebanon, PA (November 16, 2025) – Multiple people were injured after a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 81 southbound, three miles north of Exit 90 (PA-72 – Lebanon), on November 16. Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) stated that several vehicles collided during the busy morning hours. When troopers arrived, they found multiple damaged cars blocking the roadway, prompting an immediate request for medical personnel and towing assistance.

At least one person sustained injuries and was treated at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for further examination. PSP officers worked to document the wreckage, interview drivers and witnesses, and determine whether speed, traffic congestion, or lane changes contributed to the incident.
