Harrisburg, PA (August 9, 2025) – A motorcycle rider was injured on the night of August 9 following a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 81 northbound near U.S. 22/322. The collision occurred close to milepost 68 and was first reported just after 9:10 p.m., according to PennDOT traffic cameras. The Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that the crash involved a motorcycle and at least two other vehicles. Witnesses reported that traffic in the area slowed abruptly before the motorcycle was struck.
First responders arrived quickly, providing on-site aid to the injured rider before transporting them to a local hospital for further treatment.
