Harrisburg, PA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 SB/Exits 100 and 90

Harrisburg, PA (November 25, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 81 southbound between Exit 100 (PA-443, Pine Grove) and Exit 90 (PA-72, Lebanon) resulted in injuries on Tuesday, November 25. PennDOT and Pennsylvania State Police reported that several vehicles collided in the southbound lanes, causing one or more occupants to sustain injuries requiring medical evaluation.

Traffic slowed to a crawl as responders worked to manage the scene and check each vehicle for additional injured parties. Paramedics treated individuals roadside before transporting at least one injured person to a nearby hospital for further care. Investigators are continuing to gather information, reviewing crash-site evidence and witness accounts to determine how the collision began.
