E Hanover Twp, PA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 Near Exit 80

East Hanover Township, PA (July 14, 2025) – A crash involving multiple vehicles caused significant delays along the southbound lanes of Interstate 81 in East Hanover Township late Monday morning, July 14, just outside Dauphin County. Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that the accident occurred around 11:45 a.m. near Exit 80 (Route 743/Grantville/Hershey). While the exact number of vehicles involved remains under investigation, at least two cars and a commercial box truck were seen at the crash site, with visible damage to the front and rear ends of some vehicles.

At least one individual sustained injuries and was transported to a local medical centre for treatment. Others involved were evaluated at the scene by paramedics. Authorities are investigating the events leading up to the crash.
