Harrisburg, PA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 S/Exit 90

Harrisburg, PA (July 13, 2025) – Several individuals were reportedly injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Saturday, July 13, along the southbound lanes of Interstate 81, 3.4 miles north of Exit 90 toward PA-72 in Lebanon County. Pennsylvania State Police responded to the crash scene shortly after it occurred and found multiple vehicles involved, some with significant front-end and side damage.
