Newville, PA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 S/Exit 37

Newville, PA (December 25, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision with reported injuries occurred on I-81 southbound near Newville on Thursday, December 25. The Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that the crash occurred approximately half a mile north of Exit 37, which connects to PA Route 233. Multiple vehicles were involved in the incident, leading to significant traffic slowdowns in the southbound lanes. Troopers arrived to find damaged vehicles blocking portions of the roadway.
