Luzerne Co., PA – Multi-Vehicle Wreck with Injuries on I-81 NB at Exit 165A

Luzerne County, PA (September 22, 2025) – Multiple people were injured on Monday, September 22, after a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 81 northbound near Exit 165A toward PA 309 South in Mountain Top. Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that several cars were involved in the collision, which brought traffic to a halt in the area.
