Lewistown, PA – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 at Exit 67

Lewistown, PA (December 15, 2025) – On December 15, a multi-vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 81 southbound at Exit 67, connecting US 22 and US 322 toward Lewistown and State College. Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that multiple vehicles were involved.

Several occupants sustained injuries and were assessed at the scene before being transported to nearby medical facilities for further care. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed. Traffic was significantly delayed as troopers worked to investigate and reopen lanes. The cause of the collision remains under review.
