Harrisburg, PA – Multiple Injured in I-81 NB Crash Near Exit 65

Harrisburg, PA (July 21, 2025) – On July 21, a serious multi-vehicle collision occurred along Interstate 81 Northbound, two miles south of Exit 65, near the US 11/15 interchange in the Harrisburg area. The crash resulted in multiple reported injuries. The Pennsylvania State Police responded to the scene shortly after the incident was reported around mid-afternoon. Authorities confirmed that several individuals suffered varying degrees of injuries. Emergency medical personnel assessed the victims at the scene before they were transported by ambulance to a medical facility for additional care. Others were treated for minor injuries on-site. Investigators are actively looking into the events that led to the crash.
