Harrisburg, PA – Multi-Vehicle Wreck on I-81 Leaves Injuries Near Exit 77

Harrisburg, PA (September 29, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision caused injuries on Interstate 81 northbound around 1.9 miles south of Exit 77 for PA-39/Manada Hill-Hershey.

Pennsylvania State Police reported that several vehicles were involved in the crash, forcing authorities to block portions of the roadway as they assisted victims and cleared damaged cars from travel lanes.
