Harrisburg, PA – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-81 Near US 11 Exit

Harrisburg, PA (October 7, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 81 Northbound near the US Route 11 exit in Harrisburg caused injuries on Tuesday afternoon, October 7.
