Dauphin Co., PA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81/Exit 70

Dauphin County, PA (October 12, 2025) – At least one person was hospitalized on Saturday afternoon, October 11, following a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 81 southbound near Exit 70. The incident occurred around 3:00 p.m., according to Dauphin County dispatchers. Several vehicles collided in the southbound lanes, causing significant traffic backups as first responders from the Colonial Park Fire Company and Pennsylvania State Police arrived to secure the area.

Paramedics treated multiple individuals at the scene, and at least one injured victim was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
