Augusta Co., VA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 NB/MM 236.6

Augusta County, VA (October 29, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on I-81 northbound near mile marker 236.6 left multiple people injured on Monday night, October 28, according to Virginia State Police.
