Washington Co., TN (March 21, 2025) – A three-vehicle accident on Interstate 81 in Washington County left two people injured on Thursday evening, March 20. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP), the crash occurred around 5:15 p.m. near mile marker 52. A Toyota Corolla was reportedly driving erratically in the southbound lanes when it collided with a Ford F-250 and a semi-truck. The impact caused significant damage to the vehicles involved, leading to an immediate response from first responders.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene to assist the victims. The drivers of both the Toyota and the Ford sustained injuries and were transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
