Plainfield, PA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 NB/Exit 44 Causes Injuries

Plainfield, PA (March 29, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on March 27 resulted in injuries on Interstate 81 northbound, approximately 0.2 miles north of Exit 44 (PA 465 – Plainfield). According to Pennsylvania State Police, several vehicles were involved in the crash, leading to significant traffic backups and lane closures.

Emergency medical teams responded to the scene to provide aid to the injured, some of whom required hospitalization for further treatment.
