Penn Hills, PA (May 17, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash occurred on May 17 on Interstate 81 westbound, causing injuries in Allegheny County. According to early reports, the crash occurred one mile west of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and just before Exit 81 for PA 791 North – Penn Hills.
