Lenox, PA – Multiple Injuries Reported in I-81 NB Multi-Vehicle Crash/Exit 211

Lenox, PA (June 19, 2025) – On June 19th, a multi-vehicle collision on I-81 northbound resulted in several injuries about 2.7 miles south of Exit 211 for PA 106 near Lenox. Emergency services and Pennsylvania State Police responded to the scene after receiving reports of the crash during peak traffic hours. Multiple vehicles were found with moderate to significant damage scattered across the highway. Authorities confirmed that several people sustained injuries in the accident. EMS personnel provided immediate on-site medical care, and at least one individual was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment. The identities of those injured have not yet been released. The Pennsylvania State Police are continuing their investigation into the events that led up to the collision.
