Lebanon Co., PA – Tractor-Trailer vs Pickup Truck Wreck on I-81, Injuries

Lebanon County, PA (August 17, 2025) – On Sunday evening, August 17, multiple injuries were reported after a serious crash involving a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck on Interstate 81 North near Exit 85A in Lebanon County. The crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. and led to a hazardous fuel spill on the highway. Pennsylvania State Police responded quickly, confirming that emergency medical teams treated injured victims at the scene before transporting at least one person to a nearby hospital for further care.
