Lebanon Co., PA – Injuries Reported After Crash on I-81/Fort Indiantown Gap

Lebanon County, PA (April 26, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident caused injuries on the morning of April 26 along Interstate 81 near the Fort Indiantown Gap exit. According to Pennsylvania State Police, the crash occurred around 8:55 a.m., prompting a rapid emergency response. Multiple vehicles were involved in the collision, resulting in injuries to one driver.
