Hershey, PA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 NB/Exit 77 Leaves Several Injured

Hershey, PA (April 16, 2025) – On the evening of April 15, a serious multi-vehicle crash occurred on I-81 northbound, around 2.5 miles south of Exit 77 for PA-39 (Manada Hill/Hershey), resulting in several injuries. According to Pennsylvania State Police, first responders from Dauphin County EMS and Hershey Fire Department arrived quickly to assist the victims. Several people sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were treated on-site and transported to a medical facility for further care. The crash caused lane closures that extended into the late evening, and authorities issued traffic advisories urging drivers to avoid the area. State troopers are currently investigating to determine the exact sequence of events.
