Harrisburg, PA – Multiple Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-81 Near Exit 67

Harrisburg, PA (June 18, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 81 northbound left several people injured Tuesday afternoon near Exit 67 for US 22 East/PA 230 East – Harrisburg/Cameron Street, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).

The collision occurred on June 18 and involved multiple vehicles that collided in quick succession just before the exit ramp. The exact number of vehicles and individuals involved has not been confirmed, but preliminary reports indicate that several people sustained injuries of varying severity.
