Harrisburg, PA (March 31, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on northbound Interstate 81 near Exit 67 led to injuries and delays on Monday, March 31. According to 511PA, emergency responders arrived at the scene near the US 22 East/PA 230 East exit after receiving reports of a crash involving multiple vehicles. Authorities confirmed that several individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Paramedics assessed the injured on-site, while some were transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. At this time, the cause of the accident remains under investigation by Pennsylvania State Police.
