Harrisburg, PA – Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-81 Leaves Several Injured Near Exit 72

Harrisburg, PA (June 8, 2025) – Multiple people sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle crash on the southbound side of Interstate 81, 2.2 miles north of Exit 72 for Paxtonia/Linglestown, on the morning of June 8. According to reports from the Pennsylvania State Police, the collision involved at least three vehicles and occurred during busy morning traffic, leading to significant disruptions on the highway. Emergency responders arrived at the scene quickly and assessed the victims for injuries.

Several individuals were evaluated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries, while others were transported to nearby medical facilities for further treatment. The exact number of people injured has not yet been confirmed, but none of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening at this time.
