Harrisburg, PA (May 22, 2025) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle accident that occurred on I-81 southbound around 1.6 miles south of the Rest Area/Weigh Station exit in the early hours of May 22. According to Pennsylvania State Police, several vehicles were involved in the crash. Injuries were confirmed at the scene, although the extent and severity have not been officially disclosed. First responders assessed victims on-site and provided immediate care before transporting the injured to local hospitals for further treatment.
