Harrisburg, PA (April 1, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 81 northbound, 2.6 miles south of Exit 24 (PA 696 Fayette Street), resulted in injuries on March 31, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PDOT). The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) and emergency response teams arrived at the scene to assist those involved and manage the situation. Several individuals sustained injuries in the collision, though the exact number and severity of their conditions have not yet been confirmed.
