Harrisburg, PA – Injuries Reported in I-81 NB Crash/Manada Hill/Hershey Exit

Harrisburg, PA (May 11, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle accident with injuries was reported on Interstate 81 northbound, just 0.7 miles past Exit 77 at PA 39 – Manada Hill/Hershey, during the early morning hours of Friday, May 10. According to the Pennsylvania State Police, multiple vehicles were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles, a sedan, reportedly lost control and struck a pickup truck, triggering a chain reaction involving another SUV. First responders arrived quickly and provided emergency care to those involved. Several individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital for evaluation. Others involved in the crash were assessed on-site by EMS teams. The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
