Harrisburg, PA – Injuries in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 SB/Exit 85

Harrisburg, PA (June 14, 2025) – Several people sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 81 southbound near mile marker 85 in Dauphin County on the morning of Saturday, June 14. The Pennsylvania State Police reported that the crash happened roughly two miles south of Exit 85 (PA 934 – Annville/Ft. Indiantown Gap) and involved several vehicles. The crash prompted authorities to respond to the scene. First responders, including the Pennsylvania State Police and local EMS units, arrived promptly to assess the situation. At least two people were reported injured, with one person requiring immediate transport to a local hospital for further medical attention. Others were treated on-site for less severe injuries. Authorities are still investigating the events leading up to the crash.
