Greene Co, TN – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 NB

Greene County, TN (February 27, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident on I-81 near mile marker 18 left several individuals injured on February 27. The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) confirmed that multiple vehicles were involved in the collision, which occurred around mid-morning. Emergency response teams quickly arrived to provide medical assistance to the injured and secure the scene. Reports indicate that multiple individuals sustained injuries and were treated at the scene before being transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
