The crash occurred just before 7:00 a.m., during the height of the morning commute, prompting an immediate response from Pennsylvania State Police and local emergency crews. Initial reports indicate that the collision began when one vehicle suddenly swerved to avoid a slow-moving car in the center lane, sparking a chain-reaction impact.
