Berkeley County, WV – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-81 S/MM 7.0 Leads to Injuries

Berkeley County, WV (June 9, 2024) – A multi-vehicle crash occurred on Sunday, June 9th, on I-81 South at Mile Marker 7.0 in Berkeley County. The collision resulted in several injuries among those involved. West Virginia State Police and local emergency services arrived promptly to assist the injured and manage the scene. Several individuals received on-site medical treatment for minor injuries, while others were transported to local hospitals for further care. Authorities worked to clear the wreckage and reopen the highway. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
